My journey with therapy began early in life, following the sudden loss of a loved one. That experience taught me the profound value of a consistent and supportive therapeutic practice—one that can guide us through life’s most challenging moments.

These personal experiences have shaped my approach as a counsellor, allowing me to connect with clients from a place of genuine empathy and understanding. I believe that a strong therapeutic relationship is the cornerstone of meaningful growth and healing.

While I developed a deep respect for a wide range of theoretical approaches, I was drawn to a holistic model—one that honors the interconnectedness of mind, body and spirit. This inspired me to deepen my holistic approach by completing Reiki Level 1 and 2 certifications, allowing me to offer clients an additional dimension of support in their personal healing journey.
